ABSTRACT
La presencia de dificultades en la aplicación de métodos para asesorar y gestionar convenientemente el ámbito de aprendizaje de los alumnos se convierte en una necesidad para la preparación de los profesores-tutores del perfil Logofonoaudiología. Por ello se propone la aplicación de un sistema de acciones de trabajo metodológico para la preparación de los tutores que atienden a los estudiantes de 5to año de este perfil. Se utilizaron diferentes métodos del nivel teórico y empírico. El sistema fue conformado con acciones de organización, implementación y evaluación, en correspondencia con el diagnóstico, y se valoró como coherente y pertinente respecto al contenido de las competencias profesionales del ciclo. Su sistematización durante tres cursos académicos permitió la preparación permanente del claustro y la evaluación objetiva del programa de las prácticas preprofesionales de estos estudiantes del perfil Logofonoaudiología.
There are difficulties in the application of methods to advise and manage in a convenient way the student´s learning, so it is a necessity to prepare the tutor- professors in the Logopedics and Phoniatry career. That´s why, it is proposed the application of a system of actions for the methodological work to prepare the tutors who give attention to the fifth year students of the Logopedics and Phoniatry career. Empirical and theoretical methods were used. The system comprised organization, implementation and assessment actions, in correspondence with the diagnosis. It was validated as coherent and pertinent according to the content of the professional competences. Its systematization for three academic years allowed the continuous preparation of the teaching staff and the objective evaluation of the student´s professional practice syllabus in the Logopedics and Phoniatry career.
